Hi there, a friend of mine and myself are looking for a place in Old Louisville. I am 21, a fulltime student and a fulltime worker. Currently I go to Embry Riddell but come fall I will be transferring to U of L's speed school. My friend 30 and also a fulltime worker. Both of us are non-smokers.

We are looking for a 2bed/ 2bath. Some utilities included would be nice but not required. Looking to spend no more than $800 a month. The place needs to be presentable, so please no dumps. We are both pretty quite individuals so we wont make a lot of noise, but every so often we will entertain some guests.

Brothers of us have any pets at the moment, although I might have to go get my dog from my parents in Washington to stay with me. She is part black lab part boxer. Well behaved and house broken. It probably wont happen so if you do not accept pets it's no big deal.

Might also be interested in a 3bed/3bath if anybody knows of one. Let me know how much.
