My husband and I are looking for an apartment as close to UofL as possible. 1 or 2 bedrooms, more focused on square footage. The safety of the surrounding area is the most important part. We have a cat and dog so we need a place allowing pets. We are quiet, respectful students. No more than $750/month.
Me and two other roommates will be relocating in Old Louisville around July. We are looking for a 3 bedroom and preferably 2 bathrooms. We would like to keep our monthly rent between 700-1000, or no more than 350 split three ways. We are undergraduate students looking to finish up our degrees within the next year, but we plan on living in old louisville for a few years afterward. If anyone will have any 3 bedroom properties available sometime in July or possibly August feel free to text or call me at 317-752-3062, my name is Brandon. Also, I work part time and recieve supplemental income from the military. My roommates and I will also have co signers if necessary.

I have an apartment located in the Cardinal Towne Classics. Living in Cardinal Towne you have access to the pool, gyms, theater rooms and all the other amenities while living in a beautiful remodeled two bedroom apartment. The two townhome is right on the corner of 3rd and Bloom, secluded from the rest of the property. My roommate and I are looking for someone to take our apartment from 8/15/13-7/31/14. There's two bedrooms and one bath, pretty much everything included, for $750 a bedroom or $1,500 a month for both. Email me for more information. The phone number listed is for the Caridnal Towne office who can help answer any questions you have about the property.
My husband and I are looking for something decently spacious to live in. We're hoping to find something by June 1. We would prefer 2 bedrooms considering we're expecting our first child mid-July, but it's not a complete must. Our limit we can do as far as rent is $500 if it doesn't include utilities (great if it does). Serious inquiries only please.
