This is our list of special events. Full payment for a guaranteed reservation may
be required. These are the dates when we normally must turn down dozens of
reservation requests to hold a room for you. In the event of a last minute
cancellation, you may be responsible for the full amount of your stay unless we can rebook
your room. We'll try to remind you, but if there is any question about whether your reservation falls during one
of these special events, please ask. These events may also have minimum
stay requirements. (Forgive us!)

Kentucky Derby Week Wednesday thru Sunday
St James Art Show, first weekend in October
Breeder's Cup Weekend, November (when the
Breeder's Cup is held in Louisville)
