An Italianate home of 1870, the earliest house on the block.
It was built for a Presbyterian minister, John J. Cooke.
Other interesting residents have occupied the house,
including Kentucky pioneer, Dr. Christopher Columbus Graham, scientist, author,
adventurer, and crack rifle shot.
