"Tourists Nome Lawn

An Italianate home from the late 1880s formed the entrance to this popular motel of the 40s to 60s.  The Toddle House Restaurant on the grounds was a long time favorite for Sunday dinner out.  The whole complex was demolished to build the Hildebrandt House, a high-rise retirement home.
